WRC 10 does suffer from the same occasional physics glitches that previous games in the series have seen, but they aren’t game breaking. Those after a pure simulation experience can turn off as many supports as they see fit, but newcomers or those who want something a bit more relaxed can feel equally at home. It might not be quite as challenging as some may want, but it certainly provides a wider array of options than other recent titles.
From a gameplay perspective, WRC 10 fits into a simulation/arcade experience between a serious racing sim and something a little more accessible to new players.
Meanwhile, some classic stages from WRC history have been included as well, a blast from the past for rally aficionados to appreciate. A good selection of classic rally cars from different eras are available to choose, and it's great to be able to enjoy such a wide range of vehicles. Its not a must-buy for those who own WRC 9 unless they are a rally fan desperate for the new stages for the 2021 season or the updated liveries, as the anniversary additions are the only major update from last year. It's also a lot easier than WRC 9 to keep your car under control. WRC 10 is an extremely fun game with a few caveats around the amount of changed content from last years entry. The cars handle a lot better especially on tarmac in WRC 10. What does look better in WRC 9 is the evenings with that orange glow of the sun trough the trees. The trees and foliage are more green and lush. I compared some tracks like Finland and it looks really a lot better.
Well, I took the risk and I find it way better. I was doubting as many comments on YouTube suggest that 10 looks worse etc. Acceleration feels more instinctual thanks to the DualSense’s haptic feedback and analog triggers. Cars feel more responsive to your steering. The fact that Kylotonn has finally managed to make the gameplay feel equally realistic AND intuitive is.

I was doubting as many comments on YouTube suggest that 10 looks Very good game! I was doubting if I should stick with WRC9 or upgrade to 10. WRC 10 looks great, but that isn’t the best thing about this PlayStation 5 version in particular. Very good game! I was doubting if I should stick with WRC9 or upgrade to 10.
